After you sign up and enter your company details setting up your timesheets is easy (of course it will take time to set up but our user friendly interface makes it easy!). Add your users, your customers, projects and tasks. Copy Projects and Copy Tasks makes it even easier to set up similar project info easily. Set the project team members who will be entering timesheets.
You can set timesheet capture for daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Users can enter time daily and save and submit for timesheet approval on the due dates.
You can also enter cell and row notes for each entry making it easy for people to annotate their time worked. Just mouse over to see the notes on the notes icon.
Companywide timesheet settings can be done in System Setup - Company timesheet settings. Just attach the timesheet model you want to the Location - Timesheet settings.
Set your timesheet approval paths at the location level or at Company level. If you have already added your customers, projects, tasks and user information you are all set to start time tracking! Send welcome mails to your users with their login information from the Manage users page.
Update your project information, add team members and tasks with estimated and due dates. This needs to be done regularly to keep your team on their toes!
